These Beans have 35% moisture content and is inline with international standards for Grade A Vanilla.
The flavour is rich and creamy, with sweet, caramel undertones. Using these pods in any of your baking dishes, drinks and desserts adds that wonderful flavour that you expect from a Michelin star restaurant. Use the skins to infuse your sugar, or why not create your own extract.
